I keep watching the system so nothing breaks quietly. Every month I read your real numbers and tell you where the business is leaking or ready to grow. And once a year we run a three-month Growth Sprint to build the next level.
You get: someone accountable, a monthly review, and a Growth Sprint every year, from £730 a month.

Most clients start with the audit, then a build, then a Growth Sprint, then the Partnership. Every price is fixed and agreed before we start.

We map how your business runs, find where it's leaking time and money, and give you a plain-English report with a plan and a fixed-price quote for the first build.

Three named builds from £4,800, or bespoke
Three builds I do most often, each with a set scope, a from-price and a timeline. Or a bespoke application built around your specific requirements when nothing off the shelf fits. Every stage is priced before we start, and the price doesn't move.

Support
3 hours a month · rolling monthly
For every system I've built. Automatic health checks watch every connection, and when something needs a human it's me: I fix it before you notice, and make the small changes you need as things change. Support from the person who built it, not a ticket queue.
Growth Partnership
4 hours a month, plus a 3-month Growth Sprint every year · 12 months
Support, plus me as your growth partner. Every month I read your real numbers and send you a short written note: what's leaking, what's ready to grow, what I'd do next. And once a year we run a three-month Growth Sprint, built into the price, to take the business up a level.
Growth Sprint
20 hours a month · 3 months · then continue on the Partnership
Three months of me alongside you to move the business up a level, without committing to a partnership first. Every month I read your numbers, build the next improvement, and use your system to find and win customers. Afterwards most clients continue on the Partnership, and the sprint counts as that year's.
Prices in USD, EUR and PLN are a guide at a rounded rate; your proposal fixes the exact figure in your currency before we start. Extra hours are agreed with you before we use them. Unused hours don't roll over. Prices exclude VAT.

I'm a one-person business, and I've built it that way on purpose. When you work with 88 Automate you get me: I look at your business myself, I design the fix myself, and I'm the one who picks up the phone when something needs sorting.
